Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a full refund less a 30$ admin fee if you give us 7+ days notice prior to your tour date. Within 7 days we've already booked your tour with the locations, so we can't provide you with a refund in that case, and there is a 100% charge for the entire invoice to the credit card on file.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your tour guide will collect the remaining payment at the finish of the tour. 

We accept cash, debit, e-transfer and all major credit cards.

Gratuities are NOT included in your tour price. Suggested gratuity is 15 - 20%. 

For groups of eight or more a 18% gratuity will be added. 

Yes! All tasting fees are included in tour packages. Some stops do offer additional options and you will be explained them at the location.

6 Hour tours include time for a relaxed meal. Meals are EXCLUDED from the cost of the tour.

Guests pay the restaurant directly. 

Yes. Private tours are ideal for special occasions and for our family friendly wine tours.

No. No alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any vehicles as per BC laws. Your driver will hold your purchases and any open bottles in the vehicle until tour is over.

Our public tours are for 19+ only.

For private tours, we are more than happy to accommodate children accompanied by a parent. Please contact us to discuss or choose private and select children at check out. 

 Yes! No matter the weather we still run our tours, so please dress accordingly.

 No. Tours are scheduled to accommodate all guests and locations and are not adjustable.  

For each wine tour package, we list several wineries that may be visited over the course of the day.  Selections depend on availability at the wineries and are chosen by knowledgeable staff members.
